Janis D. ~ Portland, OR

When I started coaching with Stacy, I didn’t know what to expect.  In the past, I’ve participated in therapy and group sessions as well as weekend workshops and yoga training.  Coaching with Stacy though has been different than all of these self-discovery processes I’ve participated in before.

Coaching with Stacy is like the weave that is bringing all of my previous work together in one coat that I am able to take out and wear.  It is like fine-tuning my life.  Stacy and I are uncovering my day-to-day habits that have been holding me back from the life I have always wanted to live.

This whole process has been an eye-opening, ear opening and heart opening experience.  It is exhilarating!

My coaching focus has been on living a meaningful life which includes spirit, compassion and making a difference in the world.  Included in this goal is building a business that embodies my core principles.

Stacy’s intuition, business acumen, empathic abilities, and wisdom have been instrumental in setting my business foundation.

I look forward to our calls every week and feel that every discussion, every assignment, every book suggested by Stacy has contributed to my primary focus in life – “to know thyself!”

I am very grateful to Stacy and the work that she is doing in the world.  I feel lucky to have her as my coach.

Jed S. ~ Bellevue, WA

I am an Insurance Wholesaler and essentially run my own business.  It’s easy to get distracted by all the various projects and concerns that are a part of my business day.  Before being coached by Stacy I would unwittingly end up wasting time on things that were not very productive.

One my white board (list of things to do which is posted on the wall) I had a list of projects that were just sitting there, gathering dust.  I definitely had problems focusing and getting these projects completed but Stacy found a way to simplify the steps and in a fun way kept me accountable.  Everything on my white board has now been completed!

As a result of coaching with Stacy, I have become more organized, efficient, and effective. I enjoy her positive outlook on life and she is very passionate about helping people reach their goals.  She rocks!  I appreciate everything she has done for me and my business.

I met Stacy in a class were both attending.  Immediately I was attracted to her amazing presence.  I purposefully sat next to her because she is warm and inviting – right away.  I also noticed that she is easy to talk to and is an incredible listener.

As she began coaching me I saw that she has an uncanny ability to truly hear the meaning behind your words.  She picks up nuances, innuendo, expression and feeling from conversations pulling out the truth and setting it before you in a non-judgmental, always helpful way.

She has been my “champion” through some major life changes.  I admire her work and feel privileged to work with such a talented and compassionate coach.

Barbara B. ~ Bend, OR

I started working with Stacy at a time when I was seeking a new direction.  My husband and I had moved to a new city not long before and I was feeling that it was time to start a new chapter in my life.  In addition, the company I had been working for was sold and I was trying to decide whether to start my own business or find another job.  The problem, however, was that I was unable to take the first step and had no idea what was holding me back.  I only knew that I was stagnating and feeling a great deal of fear.

The first thing I noticed about Stacy was how comfortable I felt talking with her.  Her intelligence, insight, and experience combined with her easygoing nature and sense of humor enabled me to be open and forthcoming.  And I enjoyed our sessions!  Through the recommended reading and weekly assignments, Stacy helped me to identify negative thoughts and beliefs that I wasn’t even aware were ruling my life.  She was so positive and nonjudgmental and gave such great feedback.  With her direction, we explored important areas of my life, both personal and professional, and I was able to identify and begin to resolve some of the issues that have plagued me for years.

Stacy helped me to redefine myself and uncover what is truly important to me.  This led to a greater understanding and acknowledgement of my talents, strengths and skills and helped clear out the clutter and debris of all the “shoulds” in my belief system to get down to the core of who I am and what it is I intend for my life.  I now see an expanding horizon of opportunities and I really feel I have the confidence, determination, and faith to embrace that future.

Stacy is a fabulous coach and a wonderful human being.  I am so grateful for our time together.

Charles W. ~ San Clemente, CA

I am the sole proprietor of a recent business venture, new attorney and single dad.  I embarked upon coaching because, even though things were going well in my life, new opportunities are requiring me to have an even better set of skills to balance all of the various complexities in my life.

As a coach, I have found that Stacy has taken the time to learn what is important to me and has tailored her coaching programs to help me refine my relationships with my clients, children, and significant other.

I will be continuing on with Stacy as my coach because she is genuinely interested in my challenges and successes, can adapt to my difficult schedule, and has a knack for showing me my blind spots in a constructive and kind way.  She offers me personal choices that I had never considered and, as a result, my viewpoint on what is possible is expanding.

Marlena G. ~ Chicago, IL

I met Stacy on a flight to the East Coast.  I’m not one to initiate conversations with strangers so I was surprised to find myself openly chatting with Stacy during the flight.

It was until the end of the flight that I found out Stacy is a Life Coach.  Again, that surprised me because Stacy did not exhibit any of the typical qualities I would have expected from a person in the “self-help” industry.  She was friendly and warm in a genuine way.  She wasn’t cheesy or preachy or trying to “sell” me her services.  We exchanged contact information and parted ways.

After that flight, I felt my meeting with Stacy was like I had just met a new friend.  I was at a point in my life where I needed some direction yet I knew that the answers I craved were already within me and I just needed help uncovering them.

My curiosity about what exactly a “life coach” is, and how Stacy might be able to help me in my quest to uncover my true self, prompted me to contact her.

After many emails and questions answered, I decided to start the coaching process with her.

Stacy’s genuine and honest approach to our coaching relationship has eased my fears of being taken advantage of by a “self-help” guru.  I thoroughly trust Stacy because she has always been upfront with me about the financial cost and personal expectations of the coaching process.

Stacy is easy to talk to, she is not judgmental, and she speaks from a real place – helping me to find my path in life.

By establishing a coaching relationship with Stacy, I feel I’ve found a person who understands where I am and is willing to walk beside me as I continue to figure out who I want to be.

I’ve been looking for this kind of unattached, non-judgmental guidance for years.  Unlike my experience with traditional psychotherapy, Stacy’s coaching direction has allowed me to define who I am without feeling like my coach has all the answers and I just have to ask her the right questions to gain clarity.

Stacy is able to recognize my behavior and the direction of my habitual thoughts, gently making me aware of my mental patterns, and then she leaves the decision to change or not change, all up to me.

I have received more inspiration and personal insights in the last three months of being coached by Stacy than I have in a whole year of seeing a traditional psychologist.  I’m so very grateful for Stacy’s guidance.  She is a truly authentic and honest human being.

Herb L. ~ Bend, OR

Stacy has helped me organize, promote and translate my goals into actions.  Before she began coaching me, I struggled with motivation, direction, and time management issues.

Thanks to her patient and insightful coaching techniques, I now have a clear understanding of what I need to do to increase sales in my business, maintain healthy eating habits and exercise programs, as well as improve my client and personal relationships.

She has remarkable emotional sensitivity and keen intuition.  It is astounding how she is able to turn apparent adversity into accomplishment – using creativity and a positive attitude.

I highly recommend using Stacy as your coach if you want to break bad habits and excel in your life!

It has been my pleasure to know Stacy (Kamala) for over 25 years and to watch her blossom into the beautiful spiritual person that she is today.

While deeply grounded in the realities, changes, and struggles we all must face in life, her connection to spirit allows her to see how all of life can be used to help the individual manifest his or her potentials.

The practice of Yoga has helped Stacy (Kamala) to develop deep compassion and extraordinary communication skills, which allow her to serve her clients very well.

Anyone who opens up to her will, no doubt, receive much benefit.
